Paul Pery is a partner of Milbank (Hong Kong) LLP and a member of the firm's Corporate Finance and Securities Group. For more than two decades Paul has been advising issuers and investment banks in a variety of debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions. He regularly acts on high yield and investment grade debt issuances, initial public offerings, a variety of liability management exercises as well as other Rule 144A and Regulation S transactions and SEC-registered offerings and is routinely sought out to advise on a variety of corporate and M&A transactions.
