He has experience of the drafting and negotiation of procurement contracts for construction, engineering and facilities management projects in the UK and the Middle East.
Nazir leads multi-disciplinary teams on large real estate acquisition and development projects advising on projects (in the last 5 years) totalling over 4m sq. ft. of commercial, residential and leisure space, including the Olympic Village, Chelsea Barracks and the Shell Centre.
