Emma has more than eight years’ experience working on a wide range of UK and international finance transactions. Her key clients include; Tesco, Lloyds, RBS and Barclays. in 2014 Emma was appointed the Head of Banking, she developed BCLP’s global banking practice and develop key client relationships. Her experience includes investment grade and syndicated lending, investment and development real estate finance in the syndicated and securitisation markets, public and private acquisition finance and corporate and debt restructuring.
Emma has worked on a notable project advising RBS on Project Isobel, the structured disposal of a £1.6bn real estate loan portfolio.
