Nazia leads the Contentious Trusts and Probate practice at the firm.

Over the course of nearly 25 years in the legal profession, she has represented numerous clients in all types of Trust and Estate Disputes, acting for clients nationally and internationally.

Nazia's cases generally include, contentious trusts, will validity disputes, issues between Executors, Trustees and beneficiaries, claims for financial provision under the Inheritance ( Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and succession disputes in farming families and Proprietary Estoppel Claims.

In addition, Nazia has a growing practice of acting for High Net Worth individuals in wealth protection disputes involving cross-border and multi-jurisdictional elements often dealing with disputes arising in the context of mandatory inheritance rules under certain foreign jurisdictions including disputes over asset distribution in Sharia law.
