Kanika is a qualified solicitor and has over 20 years’ experience in private wealth matters, acting for clients with substantial business interests, complex trust structures and foreign assets, often in several jurisdictions.

She advises high net-worth individuals on their succession planning requirements and works closely with other professional advisors, including financial planners, accountants, and foreign lawyers, in order to ensure that all aspects of a client’s estate planning needs are thoroughly covered.

Kanika regularly acts for multiple generations of a family and is often seen as a family’s trusted advisor, carrying out lifetime estate planning work and then dealing with the administration of the estate post-death.

Kanika is an experienced administrator of high-value complex estates, particularly those with significant business interests and foreign assets, and has built up a strong network of trusted professionals in connection with the cross-border work that she does.
