Nauris Grigals

He is a partner and co-head of the Corporate and M&A practice group in Latvia. He advises and provides legal support on a full range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate dispute resolution. The main task of his work is to find the most suitable and appropriate solution for the client’s interests and aims so that the legal support and practical legal advice provided is part of a successful process for the client’s business.

Specialising since 2009 in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters, he has been a part of many large and significant transactions in Latvia and the Baltic region. The clients he has represented include the Latvian state and the largest Latvian state companies, as well as international corporations and local private companies which are leaders in their fields.
