Nathalie is a Counsel at A&O Casablanca, where she advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and foreign investments in Morocco and throughout Africa. She has extensive experience in handling complex national or cross-border transactions involving listed and non-listed companies, joint-ventures and corporate governance issues, for both domestic and international clients.
