Natalie Neto

Natalie is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Group at Walkers' Bermuda office.

She advises on a wide range of Bermuda-based and international corporate and regulatory matters with significant transactional experience advising on M&A transactions for public and private companies, including takeovers, tender offers and squeeze outs, amalgamations, mergers, and schemes of arrangement.

Natalie also advises on private equity investments, debt and equity capital markets transactions, banking and finance matters and has a wide depth of knowledge with respect to complex restructuring projects involving Bermuda companies, LLCs and partnerships, including redomiciliations. She also advises companies and directors in respect of corporate governance and regulatory matters, including directors' fiduciary duties and responsibilities.

Natalie advises a wide range of clients with respect to digital asset legal and regulatory framework, including the establishment, licensing and ongoing compliance obligations of digital asset businesses.
