These include mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He has acted on some of the most significant corporate transactions in the British Virgin Islands and is a go-to lawyer in the jurisdiction for public company work with a BVI nexus.
Alex has also advised on some of the jurisdictions most significant restructuring transactions including advising FTX in bankruptcy as part of its Chapter 11 proceedings as well as advising clients on complex debt restructurings pursuant to BVI schemes of arrangement.
