Career

Founding Partner of Amprimo & Flury Abogados and widely known as an all-round litigator, arbitrator, constitutionalist lawyer and expert in crisis management, having taken part in legal proceedings spanning nearly all areas of practice in his nearly 30 years of experience.

Before founding the firm, he has acted as Congressman in the five-year period 2001–2006, a period in which, in addition to having been Vice President of Congress for two terms, he served as chairman of the Constitution, Regulation and Constitutional Accusation Commission; as well as at the Transportation, Communications, Housing and Construction Commission.

Book on José de la Riva-Agüero y Osma’s wills, which sparked a legal battle between PUCP and the Holy See. Also several articles and press releases in national press.
