Broad experience in electricity regulation including the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources, electricity auctions, and in electricity and Natural gas tariffs and networks. Ranked by Chambers & Partners 2026 among “Most in Demand Arbitrator” in Peru and by Leaders League (Recommended).
