Nanyi Kaluma is a partner in the Litigation Department, a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations & Enforcement Practice

Groups, and is Managing Partner of the Brussels office. She advises clients in a broad spectrum of sectors and industries in relation to a

white collar crime, internal and regulatory investigations, compliance and commercial matters. Nanyi’s expertise includes representing clients in cross-border investigations across various geographies, with extensive experience on the African continent. She provides counsel on sanctions and export controls, whether on or off-deal. Nanyi also regularly represents clients in all types of commercial disputes before arbitral and judicial courts.
