Nancy Tsui Chung is the head of our China Desk. Nancy advises Chinese companies on cross-border transactions and investments in Brazil, as well as Brazilian companies on projects and investments in Greater China.
Nancy worked for 10 years in the Shanghai offices of international law firms, advising major Chinese state-owned companies on cross-border M&A, energy and oil & gas projects in Brazil and Latin America. She also served as Senior Legal Director at Fosun Group, one of the largest private-owned conglomerates in China, advising mining, infrastructure, energy and oil & gas business teams.
