Career

Aldo worked in a renowned law firm for 14 years, having been the partner responsible for the labor area. He has international experience with the Proskauer Rose LLP firm in New York. He was assistant professor of undergraduate and graduate courses in material and procedural labor law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP. He is a member of the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo – IASP and holds a position in the Labor Law Commission. He participates in labor events organized by the International Bar Association (IBA). He advises national and multinational companies from various sectors in labor lawsuits and strategic consulting. He also has experience in drafting variable compensation plans and restructuring of benefits. Member of the Brazilian Bar (OAB) Committee on Relations with the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region and Member of the Labor Law Committee of the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo – IASP.
