Career
Gabriela has more than 10 years’ experience and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, company restructuring, foreign investments in Brazil and Brazilian investments abroad, as well as having extensive experience in contracts and regulatory issues related to these transactions. In recent years, she has been involved in several transactions in a wide range of sectors.
She is Vice-Chair of the Antitrust Committee of the International Bar Association. She is the founder of Women in Antitrust and the Antitrust Officer of the International Bar Association. Leonor is the Brazilian representative in the Global Legal Customs Association (GLCA). She was a visiting researcher with a scholarship at the World Trade Organization. She has held various leadership positions at IBRAC and is a reviewer for the Competition Defense Journal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
