Nam-Ake also assists clients extensively regarding all employment aspects of M&As and transactions. He is a lead lawyer, conducting and supervising employment due diligence work to help clients identify any potential issues or deal breakers in the proposed transactions.

Nam-Ake joined Baker McKenzie in 2008. He is one of the key partners of the Labour and Employment Practice Group. He is experienced not only in employment laws but also, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, environment and trade regulations as well as sustainability. Over the years, Nam-Ake was the lead lawyer for a wide range of employment matters involving high profile cases and transactions.
