His practice covers all aspects of IP formalities, including the registration and maintenance of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and industrial designs before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP). He also has extensive experience in managing trademark cancellations and deletions, conducting non‑use investigations, and undertaking comprehensive intellectual property audits.
