Nachiketa Goyal

Nachiketa has over 10 years of experience in diverse areas of laws including alternate dispute resolution (ADR), civil and criminal litigation, general corporate and commercial transactions.

As part of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group, Nachiketa has advised numerous clients including clients in infrastructure, construction and allied sectors such as roads, highways, metro projects, toll operators, oil & gas etc. on complex arbitration (both domestic & international) and litigation matters. He has also represented clients in various high-profile and high-stake matters.

Nachiketa has assisted several large multinational and domestic clients in pharmaceuticals, aviation, real estate and consumer goods on corporate & commercial matters. He also regularly advises clients on labour and employment issues and has been authoring articles on such issues for Human Capital (a prominent magazine dealing with HR Management).

Nachiketa has also been recognized by Legal 500 as Recommended Lawyer for Arbitration & Litigation in 2023 and Recommended Lawyer for Litigation in 2022.
