Morten specialises in tax law, company law and corporate M&A. He has extensive experience in advising industrial companies and investment funds in tax matters, transactions and restructurings. His expertise and experience includes tax and corporate engineering of transaction structures and restructurings, both domestically and internationally, as well as financing structures, management incentive programs, private M&A and the special tax regime for aquaculture. Morten also assists with complaints and legal proceedings against the tax authorities. He also advises high net worth individuals and their family offices.
