All aspects of family law with a particular emphasis on matrimonial financial cases. Morgan has appeared before every level of tribunal from the Family Proceedings Court to the Court of Appeal. In recent years he has been instructed as junior counsel in a number of High Court matrimonial finance cases with very large asset bases. He is also regularly instructed on his own in family finance cases where leading counsel have been retained on the other side. In addition to this financial work Morgan also has a particular interest in international child cases raising issues of jurisdiction.

Called to the Bar 2002. Pupillage at QEB.
Morgan read English at Liverpool University (1st class honours). He then obtained a Diploma in Law from the City University (commendation). He was awarded a Diplock scholarship by the Middle Temple. In 2006 Morgan was awarded a Pegasus scholarship to work as a judicial assistant to the Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia.
