Her expertise focuses on advising investors and developers in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of office buildings, shopping and mixed-use centres, logistics parks, and hotels (also as real estate M&A, portfolio transactions, and forward sale/purchase transactions), mergers, real estate joint ventures, corporate and organisational restructuring, as well as financing and refinancing of real estate transactions.
