Mizuho Yamada is a Japanese-licensed lawyer (Bengoshi) focusing his practice on real estate, non-performing loans, structured finance, fund formations, corporate, joint ventures and merger and acquisitions. He has wide-ranging experience advising international and domestic investors and investment fund managers on deals involving all classes of real property, including hotels, logistics and data-centers in Japan.
