Mitchell Bloom is Global Chair of Goodwin’s Life Sciences practice. Mitchell specializes in representing public and private life science companies, as well as venture capital firms and investment banks focused on the life sciences sector.

Mitchell's practice is focused on the representation of emerging and public life science companies, and he serves as principal outside or general counsel to leading life science companies. In addition to day-to-day corporate counseling and strategic advice to his clients, he regularly handles a variety of major business transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and strategic commercial transactions.
