Alex Fisher

Alex Fisher is a partner in Goodwin’s Employment practice. He advises clients on issues in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. He also regularly counsels clients on the employment law aspects of corporate disposals and acquisitions.

Alex represents a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors. His extensive experience includes advising on large and small scale restructuring and redundancy processes, running investigations into employee complaints and whistleblowing allegations, executive exits and other employee dismissals, litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, and restrictive covenant and confidentiality breach enforcement action. He has particular experience advising clients on employment aspects of setting up and establishing businesses in the UK and leading on employment issues on corporate transactions including TUPE and multi-jurisdictional share and asset transactions.
