Michał Magdziak specialises in white-collar and compliance matters as well as commercial disputes (litigation and arbitration).

Michał's professional background and experience revolve mainly around criminal and regulatory proceedings. He acts as the attorney or defence counsel in white-collar criminal cases. He handles internal investigations, implementation of compliance systems, conducts training on those subjects (including dawn raids, interrogations, detention and anti-corruption issues) and advises in crisis situations.

He has worked for clients from various sectors, including energy, oil & gas, real estate and project development, construction, banking and finance, and healthcare.

Michał is the author of publications on criminal law, criminal procedure and the functioning of the justice system in Poland.
