Michael San Giacomo is savvy about all aspects of commercial real estate and ably guides clients through strategic transactions that are consistent with their business goals. Mike assists with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of property for office, industrial and retail use, and many of the deals he works on are complex, high-dollar transactions. In one engagement, he represented a client in a deal involving the sale and leaseback of five manufacturing facilities for an aggregate sale price of more than $40 million. Mike also represented the seller of a trophy-class office building in the $115 million sale of that asset.
