Michael Rudnicki

Michael Rudnicki is an executive in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Tax Practice. He specialises in general corporate tax and the tax aspects of banking and financial services, M&A, private equity, and executive incentive schemes. His experience includes fund establishment, acquisition assistance and modelling, due diligence, implementation and post-deal implementation, and exit readiness. His work in the private equity sector has extended beyond tax advice to include deal origination and deal sourcing.
