Michael (Mike) Green is a Partner in both the Commercial/Tax and Litigation Departments in the Helena office. He currently serves of the firm's Executive Committee. His practice areas include state and local taxation, employment advice and litigation, other administrative and regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and government relations/lobbying. Mike is a frequent consultant to the Montana Taxpayers Association and other statewide groups regarding state income and property tax matters. He routinely represents clients in tax, employment litigation, licensing/permitting and before administrative agencies and Montana and federal courts. He also lobbies the Montana legislature and Montana executive branch agencies on a variety of matters.
