Career

Julie Lichte is a Partner in the firm’s Bozeman Litigation Department. She represents a wide variety of health care clients, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and other health care providers in medical negligence matters, credentialing and peer review matters, HIPAA complaints, and professional licensing disputes. Julie frequently appears before the Montana Medical Legal Panel, in state and federal courts, and before the professional licensing boards. She has also represented employers in wrongful termination matters. Before moving to Montana, she was a partner with Quinn, Johnston, Henderson & Pretorius in Peoria, Illinois, and prior to law school, she worked as a registered nurse in hospital and clinic settings.
