Practice Areas

Mr. Bridges focuses his practice on commercial real estate and commercial real estate financing. He represents developers and lenders in all facets of commercial real estate ranging from “greenfield” development to joint venture agreements to construction and permanent financing to tax incentive financing. In addition, he has served as lead counsel representing companies and equity investors in the acquisition, development and financing in alternative energy, data centers, and battery energy storage systems throughout the State of Ohio.
