Focuses in the areas of municipal finance, banking, economic development and public private partnerships, with extensive experience representing state and local units of government, lenders, underwriters and borrowers in connection with tax exempt bond financings, public-private partnerships, municipal and nonprofit lending, infrastructure projects and economic development financings. Currently serves as Public Finance Practice Group Chair.
