Michael Bokhaut

Career

Michael is a partner and co-chair of the firm's commercial litigation and condominium practice groups. His litigation practice focuses on construction law, commercial litigation, condominium law, and estate litigation. Michael also has substantial experience in oil and gas litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and in a wide range of insolvency matters.

Michael regularly volunteers his time by providing free legal advice to the local community and is passionate about mentoring junior lawyers. He volunteers for Pro Bono Alberta, mentors internationally trained lawyers, and is a board member of Global Lawyers of Canada and the Alberta Elder Abuse Awareness Council.
