Michael Arnold is one of the leading partners in corporate law in Germany. His work focuses on advising on corporate governance issues, management and supervisory board matters as well as stock corporation and group law issues and compliance. Michael has been an honorary professor at the University of Tübingen since 2014. From 2016 to 2023 he was co-managing partner of the firm. Since 2024 he has been appointed as the firm's senior partner and chairman of the partnership council.
