Martin Raible advises and represents clients in German and European competition law. His practice encompasses merger control, cartel fine proceedings, civil antitrust litigation and compliance measures. Martin has a focus on the energy sector. Additionally, he has special insight and knowledge in EU law and public international law (investment arbitration, trade). Martin is co-head of the Core Business Unit Regulatory & Litigation.

Career

Martin Raible studied law and politics at the universities of Passau, Paris (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) and at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston (MALD 2003). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010.
