Ines Bodenstein advises on German and European Antitrust Law. She is specialised in digital competition law, as well as cartel fines and administrative proceedings, compliance programmes and internal investigations and antitrust claims for damages.
Ines Bodenstein studied at the University of Freiburg (also further training in “European, international and foreign law”), Speyer and Hagen (additional studies in business economics for jurists). She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009.
