Has acted in more than 130 trials, appeals, and major hearings, including two of the longest trials in Canadian history and more than 30 Supreme Court of Canada appeals. Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and Litigation Counsel of America. Member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. Serves on the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute’s National Advisory Committee. Appointed King’s Counsel in 2018—one of the very youngest appointees in British Columbia’s history.
