Miao advises asset managers on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Luxembourg private funds investing across a broad range of asset classes (including PE/VC funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, credit funds, impact funds, fund of funds, GP stake funds and crypto funds), as well as of pledge funds, separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles and carried interest vehicles. She has extensive experience in advising on cross-border fund structuring and is experienced with both Luxembourg and Cayman structures. Miao also regularly assists sovereign funds and institutional investors on their participation/investments in private funds, and advises funds and banks on fund finance transactions.
