Mia heads the firm’s Banking & Finance practice and is an important part of the firm’s M&A practice, often involved in acquisitions and acquisition financing. She joined the firm in 2004 and was promoted to Partner in 2012. Mia’s areas of practice include Banking and finance (including restructuring), Corporate and commercial law, Mergers and acquisitions, Real estate and construction and Capital markets.
