Nina has more than 35 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients of various industry sectors. She works on corporate governance and regulatory issues, corporate restructurings and certain real estate projects, while she is also a successful litigator.

Nina also acts as a licensed patent and trademark attorney, representing clients before the Slovenian and the European IP Office.
