Maximilian Paschoal has been a partner in the litigation area of the firm since 2005, where he has worked since 1993. He is one of the partners responsible for the area of Consumer Relations and Product Liability Law, also acting in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
He focuses his practice on consumer law, digital law, data privacy law and complex commercial disputes, notably those related to automotive dealership relations (Renato Ferrari Law), with unrivaled expertise in public civil actions (class action suits) involving the food, automotive and retail industries; lawsuits related to investment funds, banks and e-payments, aviation and technology companies; and administrative proceedings initiated by the consumer Protection bodies and by the public attorney offices, including recall campaigns and discussions over abusive advertising and unfair practices/clauses

He is chairperson of the Legislative Committee of AMCHAM / SP and executive secretary of CEPEBEJ (Brazilian Center for Judicial Studies and Research).
He earned an LLB from Universidade de São Paulo - USP (1994), an LLM in Consumer Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP (1999) and a Master Degree from USP (2007).
