Career

Thiago has practiced in the corporate restructuring and insolvency area for 12 years. He has extensive experience in representing debtors, equity partners and shareholders, creditors and investors in judicial reorganization, extrajudicial reorganization and insolvency proceedings. He has played an active role in several high-stakes cases involving the restructuring of debtors in the construction, telecom, media, oil and gas, agribusiness and energy segments.
