Career
Joyce works in all areas of competition law, with extensive experience in submitting M&A transactions (merger filings) for approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). She also handles investigations of anti-competitive practices such as cartels and abuse of dominant position, not only preparing defenses but also negotiating leniency agreements and settlements with CADE. Additionally, she handles civil lawsuits related to competition matters and provides legal advice on competition law. She develops training and compliance programs specifically tailored to competition matters.
