Matthew Wolf is the global co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. He has secured jury, bench, and appellate victories as lead counsel in some of the most significant cases brought by and against major technology companies. His professional activities focus on patent, trade secret, licensing and business tort and antirust issues, particularly in matters involving life sciences technologies and hardware and software issues. He has litigated in federal district, appellate courts, and the Supreme Court as well as before numerous arbitral tribunals, the ITC, and various state courts throughout the US.
