Counsels on compliance with the US Dept of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the US Dept of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and sanctions laws administered by the US Dept of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

FDA & Healthcare: 

Advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and other healthcare entities on regulatory matters including fraud and abuse, pricing and contracting, coverage and reimbursement.

Finance: 

Serves banks and other financial services companies in securitisation and other finance matters, with recognised strength in structured finance and derivatives, syndicated and leveraged finance, and project development finance in the aviation and transportation, energy and infrastructure and financial institution regulation sectors.

Financial Services:
