Matthew Meyers is a trusted adviser to public and private companies engaged in significant mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Experienced in complex transactions and securities matters, he has recently represented clients in a $200 million IPO, the acquisition and sale of businesses valued from less than $20 million to more than $1 billion, and the issuance of over $20 billion in senior debt. In addition, Matt counsels issuers and investors on compliance with federal securities laws and boards and individual directors in corporate governance matters. He also co-leads Faegre Drinker's Corporate Group.
