Matthew Barrow

Matthew joined the firm as a trainee in 1999 and qualified into the Real Estate team in 2001.

Matthew is the Managing Partner and Partner in the Real Estate team at Lester Aldridge. He advises on a wide variety of commercial property matters including:

Distressed property realisations

Secured lending

All aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant work

Marina based property matters

Portfolio management

Investment acquisitions and disposals

Matthew Barrow began his career at Lester Aldridge in 1999 as a trainee solicitor. Having qualified into real estate, he became a partner in 2007 and head of the real estate group in 2011. In May 2018, he became the managing partner of the firm and was reconfirmed for another 4-year term in May 2022.
