Co-Chairman of the firm, a member of the Executive Committee, and a partner in the Business Reorganization & Restructuring Department. Clients include debtors, creditors, investors, lenders, governmental agencies and committees. Served as Chief Legal Advisor to the Obama administration’s Task Force on the Auto Industry. Significantly involved in numerous complex chapter 11 cases and non-judicial restructurings, both U.S. and cross-border matters.

Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.

Member of the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Member Board of Trustees for New York University School of Law.
