Giles Harvey

Giles is a talented associate in Willkie’s litigation team who has acquired high profile experience in large-scale commercial litigation and civil fraud cases. Giles has acted for large corporates and private equity firms in post-M&A litigation and disputes with co-investors; financial institutions in misrepresentation claims; pharmaceutical corporations in supply chain and warranty claims; and official liquidators in claims relating to the management of investment funds. Notably, Giles acted for the Claimants in Suppipat & Ors v Narongdej & Ors, one of the largest conspiracy trials in the English Courts concerning non-payment under sale & purchase agreements and asset stripping, and successfully obtained judgment for in excess of $850million.
