Career

Matija Vojnović is a founding partner of Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr who has been with the firm since 2003. He heads the firm's corporate/m&a practice, but is also very active in the banking & finance practice group. With over 22 years of professional experience in Serbia and the wider Balkan region, his broad-based practice includes a wide spectrum of mergers and acquisitions, transactions, capital markets, corporate finance, concessions, privatisations, PPPs, and energy disputes. Additionally, Matija works on m&a transactions for both strategic investors and private equity firms in different industry sectors.

Matija graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law (LL.B. 2001) and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Central European University, Budapest/Hungary. He is fluent in Serbian and English.
