He is a reference in Uruguayan legal services .

His practice includes day-to-day advice to a wide range of companies that operate in Uruguay, in three main areas: labour, corporate, and dispute resolution.

In labour matters, he represents and advises clients in the negotiation and resolution and prevention of individual and collective conflicts. Editor of legal opinions on Labor and Trade Union Law, and Delegate of the Employer Sector in the Salary Council.

In corporate matters, he excels in advising clients on commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions and in business restructuring.

Regarding matters of Dispute Resolution, he leads both private and judicial disputes, also representing clients in extrajudicial negotiations and arbitrations.

Career

Director and founding partner of Pérez del Castillo & Asociados.

Extensive experience working in national and international law firms, advising in corporate and labour matters.

Professor at the University of Montevideo.
