In labour matters, he advises companies in matters of special complexity with a focus on the successful execution of business and the prevention and resolution of conflicts.
In corporate matters, he excels on commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions and in business structuring.
In Dispute Resolution, he leads judicial disputes, also representing clients in extrajudicial negotiations and arbitrations.

Extensive experience working in national and international law firms. Professor at the University of Montevideo and at its Business School.
Director and founding partner of Pérez del Castillo & Asociados since 2012, leading the development of the firm to become a top full services firm in Uruguay.
